Buying Bull Ghyll (our home) and Lammerside House is the realisation of a long held dream for us. As frequent visitors to Cumbria for the last 30 years we had always planned to move out of the South-East to enjoy the rural life, space and fresh air.
After many holidays happily spent in the rugged and beautiful Lake District and the Yorkshire Dales national Parks we were delighted to be able to find this beautiful location sandwhiched between the two great National Parks.
As back garden poultry keepers we are now increasing the size of our flocks and extending our range to include sheep, tukeys and eventually pigs.
Whilst we both work full time we are lucky enough to be able to enjoy the environment and the local community.
